What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Does pollen come off easily? I think I asked this last spring, too, but I don't remember the answer.:p If it does, a California Duster is the answer. :)
No it does not. I have a california duster and I dont use it on this stuff. It would probably be ruined. This is about 36 hours of pollen and after driving on the freeway. 20200328_140855.webp 20200328_140918.webp 20200328_140938.webp

Just finished installing front girodisc magic pads. My OEM pads had already gave me the dreaded vibration. The dealer had replaced my rotors to fix it but I knew it was just going to come back so I got the magic pads.

Something of note, I already had the vibration issue once and some people say it only happens to people who ride the brakes or are hard on their brakes. Well my oem pads had such little wear after 20,000kms that I didn't even have to compress the caliper pistons when installing the new pads. That should put that bullshit to bed.

Today a guy in a 2020 Toyota Camry with some aerokit wanted to race me on my way home from work, I was like pfffff... Are you f*cking serious? LOL (I have a GT2).
The funny thing is those Camry TRD editions come from the factory with the ricer wing and aero kit. But the only performance differences are bigger brakes and stiffer springs/sways, the horsepower is the same as the lower trim v6 Camry. I saw one with temp tags parked opposed to me back in November and it intrigued me enough to google search it, can confirm wasn’t impressed.

It's pollen. It's gone with the first hint of rain, or a splash from a hose if it bothers you that much.

It's short lived doesn't bother me but others were asking to see. I also fixed my botched side tint today with a new application. 20200330_105706.webp

Glad it is a problem easily remedied. I have my favorite places to park when out in the open, and I definitely try to avoid being under trees. Pine are the worst because the sap they drop is harder to get off than most other stuff. I keep waiting for that miracle wax that will shed contaminants like water. I guess I will just have to dream on!

I think a ceramic coating should help with things like that.

How do you like your Ark secondaries and MBRP combo. How’s the sound? I’m leaning in that direction as well. Cheers:)

I have ceramic on the car and it still sticks. Does not matter where you park the sky is full of it.
Wow, I am not surprised Ceramic coating is not the cure, although I imagine it offers good protection for the paint. What part of the country do you live in that pollen is so ubiquitous in the fall?
