Navigation Maps and Map version numbers

Was wondering what version of the maps everyone has. I know they will always be out of date by the time we get the updates, but seems the version i got are really out of date. Even the maps from my recently departed lexus that were 3 years old had more updated information. The version of my system and maps are as follows:

Would be keen to know what everyone else's versions are.

new maps were suppose to be out by end of Jan 2018,I was told that in October when I rang them. ring kia customer service and complain about it. I will be ringing them again when I get a chance. we get 10 years free updates

Rang kia dealers should have new maps by the end of feb 18, check with your dealer.

My dealer claims to have the map update, but unfortunately the website was down today so they couldn’t perform the update, but assured us that they will call as soon as it is up to book us in as it takes 1/2 hr, cynical me.....yeah right.

Unless Kia changed something in the last year or so, the US does not receive free nav updates. I believe they are 150.00 a pop. (Newer cars usually get 2 updates a year, older cars usually get 1 per year.)

Well they have our money that’s all that counts for car dealers & all of us as customers need remember that.
Note to all perspective buyers you can only screw them at negotiation & you need to get it in writing otherwise it’s just hot air BS.

Yep you get free map updates with the Stinger.

Yes you have the latest maps, as of next june you will able to down load the new version on line each year. I was told by my dealer when he upgrade them this year

Ok cool. They are still pretty bad. Lots of incorrect speeds all over town!
I was reading in another post that the latest update in the US now includes bluetooth messaging, wonder if we will be getting any software updates like that over here...?

I was told that it will be the whole system that you will be able to update to the latest versions which means that the nav maps will still be at least 12 months behind.

Mine was this in Feb. this year.

Then I had an update in March & now it’s this version, which appears to match yours.
