How long does it usually take Importshark to ship and/or have your items delivered? Ordered some things almost a month ago and my order status still says "pending". Emailed them a couple times and haven't heard back from anyone.
Go to the Vendor Reviews section. I ordered a few things from him years ago for my Genesis Coupe and thing went ok. But there were plenty of others on a Genesis forum who had terrible problems with them, and to some degree, those problems seem to have continued here.

Ordering from them is a huge roll of the dice. Some people win, some people lose. Their reputation is horrible! Go to Google and type "importshark reviews" and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I'd recommend getting a refund as soon as you can.
If you used the Paypal option on their website, you can usually dispute the charge as a non-responsive vendor/claim you did not receive the item. That will light a fire under the vendor's ass for sure. I would not go directly to the vendor; never bought stuff from them (and never will) but it sounds like the owner is an ass.
I ordered some emblems from them and it took several weeks..maybe more because I completely forgot I ordered them. Then I found a strange package at my mailbox. They did come after all. It's hit or miss with buying stuff from overseas.
After a bad experience I had with this company, I try and steer everyone away from the risk as it's just not worth it. When I received a faulty product, I was refused a replacement/refund after I asked nicely, twice. I'm honestly surprised this business is still alive with as many issues I've heard of and read about.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I am having a similar experience with IS. Things stuck at pending and hes unresponsive.
Biggest gripe is that he never sends tracking info. I feel like that is a must these days. I did complete one order with him and it went fine, but things aren't so great the 2nd time around. I used paypal, so I might just dispute because I can't get a response from him to just cancel my order.
Started working last night with important shark if you guys have any questions or want to order just contact me directly I’m very well known in the community and have a stinger myself.
