I just got a delivery from them yesterday. It was part of a group buy on memory modules. (drive mode, heated seats, heated steering wheel, ISG, and auto hold)
I was skeptical since the tracking info I was given was blank for a couple of weeks, and then it was static for a couple more weeks.
But after about a month they arrived. Fairly typical when things are coming from the Pacific Rim.

Update: Took about a month and a week but my order arrived last Thursday/Friday. Got a spoiler and wheel caps and they turned up fine.

I received my charge pipe in short delays and Elvis was very helpful during the whole process.
I recommend this seller and will possibly purchase more from them in the future.

I also have had a bad experience with ImportShark. I ordered a spoiler in March and while I understand that COVID-19 has re-shaped the world, I have not gotten ANY response from these people, even though I have sent multiple emails. Meanwhile, I have gotten other items from South Korea and China without any delay (2 weeks). The one and only response that I did get was basically telling me that it's no big deal that I haven't gotten as much as a tracking number, and that I will get my product when I get it. I had to file a dispute with my bank since they will not answer me.

Buyer beware - I WOULD NOT trust them and would shop somewhere else. The responses you do get back are arrogant and rude in nature. Nobody needs that in a time like this...

Agreed, and judging by their reviews, and by how @ImportSharkMike responds to other threads, I really hope they go out of business soon. It's one thing to have a forum on here so we can all get excited about our cars, but it also gives these goons a place to scam more people...
