• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

What did you do to your Stinger in Australia today?

Do they include the double sided tape that holds them position ?
They do but I put mine on without it and they fit perfectly. No movement at all, they’re actually a little bit hard to get off. If you get them try them first without the tape. I’ve had them on nearly a year and no problems.

Nice look, subtle & stylish, works well with the Snow White Pearl.
I do like the colour, but these look like a challenge to keep clean!
I'm hoping to get into a Stinger in the next month or two, and just looking at wheel options. I really like the Neon Orange, and Gunmetal wheels seem to match nicely.
Inspiration is from the Orange Stinger they had a SEMA with a set of 20" TSW rims in Gunmetal. I really like the look of them, but will probably stick with 19" rather than go with 20"'s.
Roads here in VIC scare me with electrical tape thin tyre profiles!

Easy to keep clean, 10 spoke & heaps of clearance I can virtually reach through to the rear of the wheel except for around the brake caliper of course.

In goes my Cargo Liner, peace of mind for any spills or mess that may or may not happen.
Wise purchase, I have had the same Cargo Liner since about day one, the peace of mind is comforting, as any spills would be easy to clean .

Do things tend to slide around if you don't secure with cargo net?

Do things tend to slide around if you don't secure with cargo net?
That's another issue now. Now it's gone in we can't use the cargo net because the sides of the tray are high against the links inside the boot.
So now I'm looking at getting a boot organiser.

Trim it back around the anchor points?

In the beginning and for a long time, I had the cargo net secured and stretched to the side clips, but I didn't like how the side clips when pulled out squash down the side wall of the cargo liner..:rofl:, so all I ever have had in the rear hatch is 2 Bowden's Own Green Sucker cloths, and when I go out to wash my Stinger, I place a bottle of Bowden's Own After Glow on the green cloths and place the loose net over them , they haven't moved so far.

Hmm, might have to do that, one on a UK site was designed so it came away from the links so you had easy access to them. Trust our version not to think of that

That's how I used to use it, push down the side walls of the cargo liner, it's fine if your really need the net secured, I stopped doing it only because I carry only two cloths, that's it.

Do you think the cargo net is better than a cargo organiser ?

In your situation I would get a cargo organiser .
Yes, thinking it would look neater. If I start trimming the liner I might mess it up and then it'll look kinda crap.
Hubby commented " all these things you're putting in the back, you wont be able to drive as fast " I replied " you wanted me to slow down anyway " :D

Like @Ozstung already replied, I guess if you have more items, and larger items that you need to place in that area, maybe the Cargo Organiser is for you , from the Kia Website, and Yes , I just read your message as I'm typing this, I am sure you also drive faster than me ....:):rofl::laugh::rofl:

Cargo net with standard mat works well for me.
