Just did a 1900 mile round trip to Chicago. Was awesome having the exhaust! There is a steady hum going uphill maintaining ~2K RPM, but it did not strike me as an annoying drone.

Car was fantastic with the JB4, DIY intakes, and exhaust.

With 75 miles to go, however, I hit a raccoon at about 70mph! Just dropped it off for repair. New nose and intercooler.

Jeez! How big was the raccoon?

Ah that was lucky! I've seen quite a few absolute units that got ran over during my commute. Glad you came out okay!

Well, after waiting six weeks for my MBRP exhaust to be built, it looks like it's been lost during shipping. No sign of it in UPS' system for a week since it arrived in the country. I really don't feel like waiting another six weeks for a new one. Bummer.

Very sorry to hear that! Any hope it just got stuck in customs?

No, it was cleared by customs and I already paid the import taxes and duties (~$260) and got confirmation of its release. It's 'somewhere' in the country right now, but no-one knows where.

I read an earlier post that stainless orders were going out first, which I wish I ordered. My order for aluminized was placed on 9/10 with a projected ship date of 10/6 - 10/8. On 10/9 they said it won't be shipped until the end of this month, per apologetic vendor. Has anyone else who ordered aluminized experienced this kind of wait? Sorry to hear that AdamNZ... that's a major headache.

I too am waiting on an aluminized setup. Ordered 8/31. The vendor called last week and it looks middle of November. I think MBRP needs to increase their work force.

I contacted Alex at Tdot performance this week, he contacted MBRP got back to me and told me he could have the stainless ones in my hands in 10-15 days. This doesn't really jive with what I'm reading here.

I ordered the Aluminized version from Tdot. My car is in storage for the winter now, so as long as it's here for spring I'm happy.

You are on the MBRP exhaust thread... where everyone who bought it is VERY happy with it and report no done... not sure what you wanted to get as an answer on this thread though.

I know, paid for it on 9/10. I liked your tips so much I ordered similar ones. Ive got everything, but no exhaust. Is it worth the wait?
