Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?

What are the odds.
Ridiculously long: that you'd even be there at the same time, let alone exiting like someone following his own shadow.

I couldn’t see clearly into the other car but I am guessing that person was having a
“NO WAY!! ” moment as well

Forgot to say, I have had the car four months now. I have seen total of five other stingers in Minneapolis area. What an awesome car :)

I saw *4* Stingers in the wild today. This morning, someone in a ceramic GT/1/2 zoomed up next to me on 270 in Montgomery County MD near Gaithersburg, waved, and zoomed off. VA plate. I waived "deuces" back. On the way home, I saw white and black Stingers, and my first GTS sighting in the wild! I gotta say...poor Stinger sales isn't a thing in Northern Virginia!

That's some kind of daily record for "wild" sightings. Not a normal occurrence, yet …:P

I was out all over the city with my daughter today.. we saw 4 Genesis sedans, zero Stingers.

I like it that way..

11:10am SWP - HEW *** with what looked like 5 spoke Simmons wheels southbound Mamre Rd, St. Mary’s turning onto M2 eastbound.

4:55pm westbound George Booth Drive Cameron Park, sported a Rafa edition 2.0L, then 5:00pm westbound Main Road Glendale, micro blue GT stopped at traffic lights with the sunroof open. A rare double.

8:05am Myall Rd Cardiff. Black GT heading east. To be fair it was about 200m from the Kia dealership where I’d just dropped mine in for service, but I didn’t see it in there while I was there so I’ll consider it a wild sighting.

8:30am while sitting at my desk while on the phone I look out the window & a SWP with Black aftermarket wheels just did a u-turn in the cul-de-sac here at work.

The funny thing is, even though I have owned one for almost 6 months, I am always thinking when i spot one, 'Wow what a nice car' and then I realize it is a Stinger. Go figure.
Stinger enthusiasts do it. My hubby has a table and chair in the garage and he has a cuppa while cleaning his motorbike etc, I'll sit on the chair with my cuppa admiring my car  my hubby made a statement the other day " if you looked after the house, like you look after your car, it would be spotless " ...hey, kids are always messing things up in the house, I can control what goes into my car :D

Amazing you didn't hit him over the head after that comment Flame.

Spotto at the local shops today . Seen this one a few months ago but jeez, he needs his Stinger cred revoked, effective immediately, he is not adhering to the golden rule of Stinger citizenship by " strategically parking ".
He has put his Stinger in "peril " ....right next to a " TROLLEY BAY "

Haha! I always park next to the cart corral—no door ding in over two decades. (knock on wood) My theory: anyone responsible enough to walk to the corral won't crash into my car. It's the "free range" carts you need to fear.

Maybe I think this because at my usual market, the aisles run north to south, the market at the north and McDonalds on the south. The handicapped slots get the spaces by the planters on the north. The McDonald's end is crowded with big SUVs hauling hordes of careless children who fling doors. So I pick my battle and park by the corral halfway between.

If I was going to criticize this owner, it would be for that pathetic stripe. (Sorry if it's one of you. To each his own.)

I am sure you may have even posted a photo of this Stinger with the stripe on the front bonnet before, I remember it now, I know people should only return their trolleys in the bay provided, and the Stinger should be fine, but Yes, a little too close for comfort, it's making me nervous and anxious, just looking at this still photo...:rofl:, maybe we need too form a Stinger Owners Enforcement Group, make up some business cards with stingerforum.org printed on one side , and a statement that can be written on the other to make them more aware of smarter choices too " strategically parking ".. ?
As for those Stinger owners whom don't wave back or give a thumbs up or even just honk their horn to acknowledge another Stinger driver on the roads, maybe we should be able too pull them over, like a traffic stop, so when you walk up to the vehicle you say " May I have a look at your hand sir, now stick it out the driver's window and show me if you can wave and also a thumbs up, Ok good, now that wasn't so hard was it, I'm gonna let you off with a warning this time, next time you see a fellow Stinger driver acknowledge with a simple wave or thumbs up, but a photo of your Stinger and face will be posted on the stingerforum.org in the thread, Stinger Drivers breaking the Golden rules "...:rofl::laugh::rofl:

His Stinger cred should be revoked for that stripe on the bonnet. Did you see if it co tinier over the roof and down the back? Would look even weirder with the gap for the sunroof.

Problem is the parents of those careless children often tell them to take the trolley and put it back, and I’ve seen plenty of them push it in the direction of the corral from a short distance away letting it run free only to miss and go down the side. Can’t trust anyone these days.
