What did you pay for your Kia Stinger?

Pulled the trigger this last Sunday and now my Buyout Quote is in.

$31,178.19 + $2,393.69 = $33,571.88 Complete Total Cost with Taxes and Everything for 2019 Premium Stinger

Thanks to everyone here for all of this useful information. Dealer was completely confused as to why I wanted the 24 month lease which increased my monthly payments. Wanted to bump me up the 36 month lease with lower Lease Cash Incentives. Didn't feel like having to explain myself and that I was intending to just buy the car out after. Just told him to file the paperwork and make it happen.

In any case, loving the car so far and couldn't be happier!

New 2019 GT Snow White Pearl RWD

$32,236 0.0% financing, 66 months
+ tax, tag , dealer fees
~ 36k OTD

Friendly Kia, New Port Richey FL.

Fiancée had to show the sales guy another dealership up in VA that was listing their GTs for $29,800. I said “I’ll fly up and drive it down if I have to.”

He caved after 2 tries of barely coming down from $35k list price. Once he realized we aren’t suckers and know how to play the game (I used to work for a dealer and I’m in corporate finance now), he came down IMMEDIATELY.

I purchased a GT (RWD) two weeks ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

$34k OTD
KIA Mall of Georgia (Buford, GA)--I live 200 miles away in Montgomery, AL.

The only add-ons are:
  • Poly-Steele Protection (didn't realize this 'til later, I guess this is some sort of coating underneath?)
  • rear bumper appliqué

I'm happy with the GT, but I have had some moments of buyers' remorse because of a few features I miss from my VW--memory seat, rain-sensing wipers.

I find myself wanting a GT1 or 2, to get those features along with the electronic suspension, the better stereo, the larger touch screen, add the powered lift-gate.

But, this was the max for my budget. In fact, I had planned all along to spend less and get a used GT, GT1, or GT2. But, I was growing increasingly frustrated with my VW and the used GT market wasn't what I had hoped at this time.

And with all the rebates on 2019s--and the dealers' need to get them moved--it made sense to buy new. Plus, I wasn't buying a KIA without the 10/100k warranty.

Wow, traded in an RS? I looked around a bit for a used one, but the used market is out of control for them. Are the seats as uncomfortable like everyone says they are online? Also, congrats! :)

Yup traded the RS. Was getting alot of problems with it actually... My warranty was coming to an end as well. And since I'm a skinny boi, the seats we're perfect! The mix of Suede and Leather was nice and not uncomfortable at all for long drives.

Picking up my 2019 Micro Blue GT2 RWD now at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth, TX.
Purchase price of the car was $46, 867 (or $44,111 before TTL) OTD, I had $2000 off for owning a Kia Soul, and another $2750 for taking financing with Kia. They also gave me $11, 000 for my 2015 VW GTI.

Total Guaranteed Savings - $5,920

I got the Snow White baby Stinger 2.0t I bought it with 5,000 miles on it, from the dealer ship manager. I picked it up for $22,000 USA.

Well after a year of reading this forum and lusting after the Stinger GT2 I finally pulled the trigger and leased a Ceramic Silver GT2 AWD last Thursday. (August 14th]

I wanted to post earlier but with travel and work finally getting around to posting today. I went the lease route for the $9900. In lease incentives with the intent of sending a check this Monday to pay off the balance of the car.

MSRP: $55, 335
Negotiated Sale Price: $50,250
Lease cash: - $9,900.
Trade in: $13,000
Residual value $29,880 (after all fees)
Buyout quote $ $32,813. (this includes $2,932.28 for Delaware county Ohio

I traded in a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE that I bought off my company 14 months ago for $15k. I was happy to part ways with it for $13k.... Let's just say I HATED THAT CAR!! :) but wife insisted I drive due to value.

I drove this car last week 900 miles and I love everything about the car. The 31 mpg avg on comfort put a smile on my face. Cruise set on 77 to 80 depending on stretch of highway.

Edit: should clarify that the net on trade in was $13k but due to too much equity in lease car they used $11k as trade in value and gave me a check for the difference of $2k.

Who was the sales person you worked with? I went to another dealer and my OTD price was $35k

I picked up my 2019 GT2 RWD from Autonation Ford for $39,9xx it was used with ~1500 miles, I purchased the 100k extended warranty (since the factory warranty didnt transfer) and Gap protection and my OTD was ~$44k after TTL

That’s seems like what some people are paying for a new Gt2 AWD after the lease buyout method

You got a good deal, don't worry.

Great deal. Just curious why you didn’t finance all of it at zero percent instead price of putting the trade in money down on it?

The vehicle I traded in was paid off so it was just extra cash essentially. They offered me a good trade value and the dealer is 350 miles away from my house (wife didn't want to go with me). I could have sold it privately but didn't want to deal with the hassle and at that point I would have had 4 cars to park at my house. It just made sense for our situation.

43000 2019Stinger GTs. Just bought it today. Already ran into by a motorcycle because the rider was looking at his phone while turning.

I wish there was a “sad” emoticon.
