I love my Kia, but the Kia badges we get here in the US suck, particularly the front and rear "KIA" badges. They are ugly on an otherwise gorgeous car. I am getting overlays because I eventually will find badges I like, but in the meantime I am going with the overlays.

I am keeping my KIA wheel badges and my steering wheel stock.

My car is a white GT2 with the Nappa red interior. I think black badges/overlays will really look good. However, I am struggling to find anything I really like.

So, my fellow forumites, please recommend some good options for me.

I just went full "broken K" or whatever it's called on my Ceramic Silver. Front / back / steering / wheels. LOVE IT!
Hint: buying them individually is slightly cheaper right now.

The broken K looks pretty good. I think, however it only comes in a full badge, not the overlay. Please correct me if I am wrong.

@Dr_jitsu I'm not clear on what you mean by "overlays". Are you talking about vinyl or some sort of cap to cover the existing badge? Why not do the easy swap that's pretty common; broken K, Stinger, K900, etc?

I've done the full KDM swap to E badges up front and on the wheels with the script Stinger out back. Looks clean IMO

Broken K comes in full overlay set - I just bought these and installed in 15 minutes today. At least, if we're talking about these:

I went with the Loden Black Chrome K badge to match the black chrome on the car...looks classy i think! It's made out of metal and has some weight to it. Quality piece for sure. I first bought different K badges from another website but they felt super cheap and i didn't think they'd hold up over time so I returned them. I contacted Sal and he set me up with this one. Love it. I also have the standard stinger script on the back. She's coming together:) IMG_1407.webp

Got same model.....GT2 red interior.....I got "STINGER" kit from store on this site.....wheel caps too but might switch those to GT as it really doesn't stand out20190708_111834.webp 20190628_084148.webp 20190619_112159.webp20190627_064857.webp

Thanks guys. I may get the full overlay kit. I was going to keep the wheel logos but I may do them now.

Lol I've gotten a few questions, but I just explain. But then again one: I shouldn't be browsing the forums on company time really and two: they shouldn't be looking at my screen as some stuff is confidential.

Yea, I suppose I can't say much, since I'm supposed to be working. It still always catches me by surprise and I hurry up and move past it, lmao.

If we can get back on topic, does anyone have any experience with overlays?

I just ordered the "broken K" set from the stingerstore. Buying them individually came to $91 instead of the current "whole set" deal of $94 (some are individually on sale right now). Add in 10% coupon from the top of this web page, $5.99 shipping to CA. Ordered Thursday, arrived Monday, halfway across the country. Installed them in 15 minutes. Hopefully I did it right. My wife (who rarely comments on anything car related) agrees that it looks much better. I did ask her, but she's rarely this definitely positive..

Awesome. Is there any way you could post a picture?

Looks fantastic. I may do the wheels as well. To be clear, these are the overlays, yes?
Yes. Search for overlay in the store link above. As I said somewhere, there's currently a sale on some of them so buying separately comes out $3 cheaper. 10% coupon. ~91 shipped to CA for front, back, 4x wheel, steering.

Thank you!
