Mods deleting posts

I’m a bit confused.

It’s ok for posts that discuss street racing (off road in Mexico most of the time)... but one today clearly discussing 100 mph on normal streets...

yet my non-offensive, humorous posts related to something in a thread gets deleted as “off topic”.

Last time I checked, there is even a “funny” rating for posts. What’s the point if any funny comment is classified off topic.

How about you focus on the trolls or people advocating dangerous behavior?

The funny thing about it is one of the mods (most likely the one who's doing it) is the most prolific off-topic poster on the forum. Like 90% of his posts are off-topic.

But word through the grapevine is he's worried about people challenging his post count supremacy ( ) because he believes more posts somehow = better poster. Allegedly he's really stressing out about one particular forum member creeping up on his count. I think we'll be seeing more mass deletions as the days tick by.

He's purging threats to his throne.

I deleted your post, along with 20+ others that were far off topic and had nothing to do with the Stinger. If you want to have a conversation about body building, start a thread in the community lounge.

I've had posts of mine deleted a number of times. Never said a word to anyone about it; figured mods have their province and I can play or go away. The Net is a big place. I'm not a social Medía aficionado. This is virtually the only forum I spend any time on, because it is interest-specific, nothing more. If/when my interest wanes, so will my forum presence. Simple as that.

I don't have time to go through and report the millions of times he's posted something completely off-topic. Consider this my formal reporting of AV8R's gross abuse of the forum's "off-topic posting" rules.

I know the thread you speak of, and I had a post deleted, because it was an off-topic post about everyone being off topic...lol! Not that I care it was deleted.
