Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?

I live on an island and thought the possibility of seeing a Stinger in the wild just wasn't going to happen. Then, last week, on my way back from taking my Stinger to the collision center (they're fixing Kia paint issues) I passed a white one driving the opposite direction and today at Wal*Mart I saw a HiChroma Red Stinger in the the parking lot. Nice to know I'm not alone.

I think I saw a black yesterday afternoon. Was talking (on the west side of State St in South Salt Lake) with a friend. When I looked down the road, in the fading distance I saw what looked like the distinctive rear lights of a Stinger on a rounded shape body, so not a Charger which has similar tail lights. Is there any other model out there that could be mistaken for a Stinger's tail lights? If not, then that was my 9th Stinger in the Wild.

About 8:30pm Sunday night Hichroma red drove past me on the Pacific Hwy North Gosford. I was in the work car and busy doing something else. Didn’t even realize it was a Stinger until it went past me at an intersection and I saw the tail lights. That’s the first red I’ve spotted in the wild.

About 8:00am today on the way home from work spotted a Micro Blue on Sparks Rd Warnervale, pretty sure it’s the same one I spotted a few times a couple of months ago. Flicked him a wave not sure if he returned it I had the sun in my eyes.

Haven’t seen any in the wild for nearly 2 months and then 2 in 24 hours

It's good though, it keeps them rare and unique. And like buses- none and then 2 come along.

Was at a Cars & Coffee last Saturday with Duce_13 and another Stinger owner I'm trying to get on this board.

Stopped at the lights in my Commodore, waiting to turn right from Sharps Rd into Melrose Drive, Tullamarine, and too my right and first car just about to cross in front of me, I spot a HiChroma Red StingerGT, with custom plates WASPGT, seen this Stinger either on Facebook or here on stingerforum.org, or both, Hello there, i think you looked my way while we were both standing still, but of course I wasn't in my Stinger, like usual..

Saw a blue GT at Bridgewater falls yesterday. That blue is even more stunning in person.

Don't see Stingers on the road but see tons of Audi's bmws and Benz of all kinds including the car for the masses the 3 series and the A3 A4. Don't know why people think driving an affordable BMW or Audi is exclusive.

"Special" is a better word. They feel special behind the wheel of a badged brand. I feel special every time I even think of my Stinger. :P

Red GTx on California Ave in West Seattle around 5:30-6 pm yesterday, I say GTx because GT badge located on front quarter panel just in front of the door. Which one of you reprobates was it?

There's only c. one in six chance that a Stinger in the Wild is a Stinger Forum member (going by rough world sales thus far).

Yesterday saw my first "on the road" in a long time, but unfortunately the driver (Chroma Red) was an idiot. Held up traffic at a green light onto a freeway, then cut across all lanes to the left without any reason, proceeded to drive along well below the speed limit. There's a KIA dealership nearby so I'm hoping this was just a test drive. Not the kind of owner we want representing..

"You can't choose your family but you can choose your friends." "All in the family" means idiots and admirables combined. We have to suck it up.

There are a few in the Cary/Morrisville area. I'm surprised you haven't seen them. In Morrisville I've seen 1 red (always REALLY dirty), 1 white, 1 blue 2.0t. And I'm pretty sure I saw yours in Cary a few months ago.

There was a blue one parked in my carport yesterday for 4 hours ..................................:whistle::whistle::whistle:
