So there i am just fitted my new door scuff plates to my Stinger and decided to fire up the BBQ for a hot lunch and a few beers.

I parked next to the parking lot drive in today as well, with the passenger side exposed. Nothing happened in my case, but after hearing about this incident, may have to go back to parking far away again.

I kinda do opposite, think about other drivers doors opening on your cars, better odds having the next car beside u on HIS passenger side as they dont all have passengers
