Just installed Stinger Aluminum Handle Inside Door Catch Plates

When I installed mine without the eye patch, you have to make sure you stick them in the upper corner so the gap is closer to the door handle where no one can see it. They look so clean that everyone that rides in my car is surprised to hear that they weren’t factory installed. Probably one of my favorite mods, top being the auto start/stop button mod...that one is free!

Just recieved these, a lot better than what I was expecting. They are plastic but look like there aluminium.

Now to install it's a shame the instructions are in Korean. If you don't mind @xot1 anything unusual here? Thanks.

It will be a simple install. You just have to gently pry the OEM piece with a plastic tool. Pry from the lock button and handle forward. Basically pry at the spot the arrow above shows. It will pop out quite easily and the new one will simply click back in with a little push. This should take you less than 5 minutes to do all 4. If it takes longer I suggest you have a long look in the mirror then contemplate whether or not modding is for you. Good luck. Cheers

Thanks Billy, yes it should be no issue I've done the same to a Mercedes previously. It was just in the back of my mind that I might have been missing something in that Korean text.

1.Insert a flat screwdriver in the hole indicated by the arrow and pull. It will come off easily.
2.Follow the same procedure in reverse ordwr to install the replacement plate.

Super tight fit no gaps 2-3 minutes all up pops straight out and in.

I'm sure not everyone cup of tea but then class is permanent. Stock look comparitively bland.
