Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

Angel my home depot has em I like real hardware stores though " hose dill"" tubing insert" if I use a compression fitting and tubing I for sure will use one of these...guarantee no leak no crushed tubing.
you are dealing with push lok fittings...and compression the insert goes into tubing the use the compression fitting normally....you must tighten down compression fitting enough so it cant be pulled out ! 1986 to just recent...carwashes....if there was a crazy type fitting ive used them....lol Wash

Yes that looks correct now.
Terry

Do these just push into the fuel pump or they need a plastic clip on them? I am pushing it in and it wont go all the way in flush.

Not sure how you managed to break the gray quick lock. You push that in to pull out the blue water plug. And then just push in the WMI line. I'll have to see if we can find some spare gray retaining clips around the office as they come with the pump assembly.

I don’t know what the hell happened. I pulled the blue sleeve out and I think I pulled a bit too hard. I went to my local hardware store and to the hot rod shop and no one carry those.

I need 2 of those please. Please check as I need them ASAP. Let me know how much they cost and I will send you payment ASAP.

Let me know on Monday please, thank you Terry and sorry for the inconvenience.

Email me for payment please if there is a charge.

Angel

For the gray clips you hold the clip in while pulling out the line. Like most things in life if you force anything it breaks. :) Will see what we can figure out Monday I'm sure we have some somewhere.

Thanks Terry!

I am an idiot lol. That’s the main factor here. Woke up to my daughter writing all the walls with a black sharpie.

I guess had a little extra strength this morning.

Please keep me updated on Monday, if there is a charge feel free to email me.

Thanks again Terry!

Thanks for the advise....

I will make sure I insert them when I get the new clips from Terry before I finish the job!

I have left over premium grease on the garage that should complement it very well.

I feel like I'm making way too much boost. On map 0 I'm pushing almost 16 pounds of boost, is that normal for a stinger?

Angel Be careful with those anal retentive clips as they are sharp .....proceed with caution....place with the arrow pointed upwards.....:) Wash

Not normal lol..........

Should I be worried about having too much boost?

I’m not sure ...

Map 0 is basically stock oem map .... not sure why you are seeing 16 psi ....those boost levels are not stock .....

Missed the map0 log. I'd need to see that to offer any tuning advice.

I feel like 16 psi is too much boost for map0

Ran Map 0 today and the most I seen was 12 psi. I am AWD. I got 16 psi on Map 2.

I'm AWD too, but i'm the 2.0L version. I don't know if that would make a difference in boost output.

Yes, that was a crucial piece of information. They 4cyl will have a good deal more boost than the 6.
I bet you're fine.
