Hello,
I'm driving GT-Line AWD, and this is my 4th Kia (2 Sorentos & Soul Turbo) from the same dealer; North Shore Kia over 6 years. I've been pretty happy with their sales and services. You might check it out.

Don't waste your time with the North Shore guys they don't have any new Stinger's other than the sales managers GT Limited driver and one GT-Line in the showroom. Gave them a deposit the other day and they couldn't deliver, had to give me my $ back. In fairness to them they could have got me what I didn't want. I also went to Kia West, twice which was painful, I have no patience for rounders trying to sell me, however they did give me a Limited for 26 hours. Told me to test the lauch, try and break it before I left, then tried to sell it to me when I brought in back. Told them I was buying a new one "what's your best price". Thirty fourty minutes of bullshit later I'd had enough. Went straight to Kia Vancouver, second visit told them I've already tested one "whats your best price" 10 minutes later I had a quote $700+ below the rounders. Salesman David, very sharp young man and sales manager Nav, straight shooter knew I was a no bullshit buyer and acted and quoted accordingly. My 2c. Cheers

I bought mine at Applewood Kia in Surrey. I paid $52k all in including a paint protection package but I also had a $5k trade in. I know that the salesperson I had no longer works there. I was severely disappointed in the sales experience and I am even less impressed with the service. I just recently had my second service and I have been going to the dealer because I negotiated my first 3 oil changes for free. When I called Applewood Kia they told me that my tires were recommended for rotation on my second service. I thought to myself that this should be interesting as the tires are different sizes but said nothing. Even when I arrived for service they mentioned the tire rotation. It was not until they called me up to go over my receipt did they admit to the error. Once my third service is over I am going to take my car somewhere else for service, where that is I have not decided yet.

Just had my second service at Kia Richmond. This service was surprisingly good this time around. I had an early morning appointment so I was first in. I mentioned that Kia Vancouver's services were about $30 cheaper, so the service associate ended up giving me free lifetime oil changes after I said that the services were quite expensive. As long as I follow the service intervals, Kia Richmond won't charge me for the oil change, just the other items that are involved in the service. My second service ended up costing me $145. When my third service comes around, I'll be on the hook for about $40. As for the rotation, make sure not to have that include in the service price, as the tires can't be rotated.

North Van here, I've had my 2019 Atomic (bomb) Blue GT AWD Limited a week. So far, CF Mirrors, CF Hood Vents, Rear Stinger Badge, Stinger hub covers. On order, Injen Intake, Velossa Big Mouth, CF Fender Vents. Wife thinks I'm working on the boat.

Which one of you brought your stingers to Muffler Man in Burnaby yesterday for an exhsaut installation? And which one of you parks on Victoria drive all the time? Or goes to Q1 in Richmond frequently? lol
I went to visit John at Muffler Man this morning and he said coincidentally he just had one in yesterday for the exhaust.

I bought my 2018 GT from Applewood Surrey. The sales and GM was extremely disappointing. I've had a pleasant time with service most of the time.

Any info worth sharing. I'm interested in hearing any exhaust comments. I want to open it up a bit but don't want a lot of noise or drone.

Going in and installing Eibach full sways and lowerings springs. Quoted for basically a days (8-hours) worth of work. ~$800 or so.

Seems like everyone's estimating tools is coming back that swaybar installs require lowering the sub-frame for some reason...so some prices I got quoted were as high as $2000.

Bought my 2018 Limited in December from North Shore and experience was fine. Got a decent price and overall happy.
I haven't gone in for my first service yet, but will be in about 1 month...hopefully the experience continues to be favourable

Me too. Were you going east on Esplanade about 2:30 today. Hit the red at St. George. Was having a beer on the balcony and thought I might have had my first Stinger sighting wasn't a 100% though.

I honestly can't recall but sounds about right as I live pretty much right around there.

What do you think about the Injen Intake? It's the one I am leaning towards myself. Did you check to see if the dealership will void your warranty?

Ya I really like the Injen and have paired them with the Velossa Big Mouths. I get a kick out of the sound on acceleration. I didn't talk to any dealerships re warranty, not to concerned, however if I have a problem I'll most likely de-mod before the dealer call.

That’s awesome. I miss the sound of the turbo spooling so definitely a mod next on the radar. My last car was an SRT-4 heavily moded but this one going to go easy on her for a while

Has anyone gone in to one of the dealerships to complain about the idle stop & go system?

It's either the most finicky thing to get it working, or too many conditions needs to be met for it to actually start up... Unless no one else has issues with it?

Yes. Roof racks
I go skiing a lot in the winter so it was a must have. In the summer I usually keep the racks on for kayaking/canoeing.
