Yeah I cant wait either. I been waiting for this intercooler for a while. I have already owned 2 different intercooler's. I owned the UP and CX racing. I sold them both.

No need to apologize, you did nothing wrong by expressing your opinion. That is what the forums are for. We can always agree to disagree as long as we do it respectfully.

I called AP and they literally didn’t know who or where the core was manufactured. So I am assuming that means China, hence the price.

And there's nothing inherently wrong with that. Some US companies produce some absolutely terrible quality products too

It is made in China.

But just because is made in China it does not mean is crap. A lot US companies make shitty products.

Everyone that I know and asked about there AP intercooler have never had any complaints. They all love it and recommend to anyone.

I get it. I don’t understand why they can’t be straight forward and tell you where is made. It’s like people are ashamed if something is made in China.

Plenty of decent and/or quality products come out of China. The security camera system I'm working on installing for a client is from a Chinese company, but it's all military-grade. I mean, each camera is about 7lbs, lol... Granted it's also packed with servos and stuff, but still

We have confirmed as of this afternoon, that:

These were prototypes that had been planned to make of Carbon Fiber, but the cost was too high to market that way.

They have confirmed that they may offer them in Carbon Fiber in the future.

However, the intercooler does include its own type of baffling shown in the picture of what's included with the intercooler.

If possible, please compare the weight of the wagner core against the stock one. It will definitely be heavier, but it would be nice to know the difference.

Very heavy. I couldn't weigh it, but this is not mine.
Mine comes next week so I will weigh mine vs stock.

If Wagner doesn't plan to provide the ducts as an option, could they at least provide the CAD file so we could get them 3d printed on our own?
