I'm a huge nerd....love my tech and PC building, console collecting, (looking at getting a trophy cabinet and putting figurines in it too), love my home entertainment system and just anything tech really..

I'm currently building another custom PC as my old water-cooled PC is 6 years old and full of algae haha

Does this interest anyone? Do you guys have any nerdy projects happening?

PC progress so far..

Water cooled computer?? Never heard of such a thing before.

Figurines? I don't display mine, I play wargames with them. :D

My car is my biggest hobby right now. And I don't mod it or plan to: I just keep her clean and pretty. Not fanatical about the inside, or the engine bay, but the outside, man, it's got to be spotless or I start planning my next car wash to be sooner rather than later.

Haha that's good man, I get my car Friday. Super pumped.

I built a water cooled PC once just to try it out - I just liked watching fluorescent green coolant in big plastic tubes pumping in and out of the waterblock nestled among all those sensitive electronics, and through the external radiator. :) Haven't done one since, as I'm honestly just not interested in eking the nth degree of performance out of a particular CPU (or GPU) via extreme overclocking - especially when new chips, buses, etc. are always just around the corner that will perform to the same level on air and relatively mild voltages/clock speeds.

Same reason I won't ever be doing water-methanol injection on the Stinger. I love the performance of the stock car, have tweaked the air and exhaust already to enhance that, and someday will likely do a moderate tune (ECU or piggyback). I enjoy seeing what the fellas are doing in the 1/4 mile and 0-60 threads, but myself I have no interest in pushing the absolute limits of the hardware.

I do fully enjoy exploring new horizons with the latest technology, though - an integral part of both my work and leisure life. As of late, I'm really enjoying what's happening with VR. More power to ya!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Built a PC about 4-5 yrs ago, only used it occasionally for gaming. Mostly used by the kids and as a PLEX server these days. Might upgrayyedd soon because ripping movies is taking longer and longer these days.

Love tech in general tho too. Have a couple of PS4s, a Switch, multiple iPads, a media room with projector and Atmos system (my personal gaming/movie nirvana), installed smart switches for the outdoor lighting and have them on a schedule, installed a DIY security system, you name it.

I'd love to tinker with the Stinger too, but I'm too afraid of screwing with the warranty.

Yeah I'm a huge tech nerd and my career relates. Either building or getting a prebuilt pretty soon to upgrade. Haven't decided yet!

Prebuilts are miles ahead of where they used to be nowadays.

Here's my newest beast. Water-cooling at some point .

Bloody nice work @Hemz. UBER Nerd here not so much into modding PC's anymore ! just don't have time, but I have 3 laptops a home NAS and 2 water cooled desktops in stealth black, no cold cathode lights and <10db silent. My current project will be a few years it's my new Stinger.

Just realized for some reason the others didn't post...

I used to build them back in the DOS 6.0 with Windows for workgroups 3.1.1 days, but not so much anymore. I'm more into home theater and home automation tech now. Getting ready to get the garage door on automation as soon as I get some warm weather around here.

Oh yeah, I'm about to do something with my garage as well. Having remote start isn't of much use if I have to either deal with fumes until I get the garage open or open it first.

Equipment stacks under construction for the HT/Audio Listening/Gaming/Room Scale VR space. The PC (bottom left) is in a CoolerMaster HAF XB EVO case - a huge case which makes component and wiring management a pleasure, and the flow through design is fantastic for keeping components cool.

The equipment is blocked in with black posterboard for now, which will be replaced with custom aluminum faceplates after the drywall finishing, trim and painting is done.

Computer "towers" built into the wall? What a thought. "Well, I never!.."

Checking in, hobbies include custom PCs, anime, gaming, movies, EDM, and 3D printing.

Currently I'm playing Apex Legends (SycoAniliz) and working on an upgrade to my 3D printer. The design is made and needs to be printed and test fit after I buy the mechanical parts.
