ATQ Subframe Collars

You should get into the car parts and development business. You'd make a fortune.

Bolt, bushings and washer on the left are used in a 25 ton Over crane Braking Applications (produced for under 20 for the complete assembly). Bolts on the right might be a tad smaller than your bolts for this but we have those produced for about $2 a piece (we buy in the 1000s) These are both used. Any way I'm done explaining why i said what I said. I like your product, hopefully you figure out a different approach so i can be a customer :)

I won't quote, I'll just say simple stuff. What am I working on right now...I'm a data "guy" for a living (so I'm working on that) and a business "guy" by degree. In any event, if they wanted to charge $400 for the set then they could. Would someone pay that...maybe, maybe not. BUT... it's not always about price. Most often it ends up being about quality. You have "your guy" do "his" thing and we'll see what happens. We'll see if there are failures or inconsistencies in how well "your guys" stuff proves out. We won't know until said product is made and then they try to beat said market price. In any event, I'm pro "buy the stuff you want and don't buy what you don't want and if you wanna wait until someones 'guy' can make it cheaper then do so". <<< Yeah, I'm pro that. :)

p.s. quotes, it's about the quotes!

I'll hire you to make them, then have you sell them to me for 2$ and I'll resell to you for 30$

WHAT? lol you didnt read anything :)

No one wants to get into the Bolt making and Collar creating business lol. Its been done for 100s of years. Nor am i saying im going to be a new competitor of ATQ.

But you got a "guy"!!! :D

The bolts look similar in size to the suspension pinch bolts on the Audi B8 platform. I bought two of those from Audi for $8 each.

So $35 seems pretty outrageous to me as well.

@Tomi_ATQ I have always been told that subframe bolts are one time use due to their high torque specs, yet I see this kit reuses the rear bolts. Is that not true?

Subframe bolts are not one time use. Lol

I, for one, greatly appreciate what the aftermarket has done and is doing for the Stinger and other vehicles. While this upgrade is not on my current priority list for my Stinger (I'm waaaaaaaay behind LOL), it is definitely on my list. And I will be happy to reward ATQ with my money when the time comes.

Honestly, I’d rather pay the extra $100 for OE parts and spot on fitment. I am not gonna cheep out on bolts that hold my $50k car together.

Thank you, this is EXACTLY what I was trying to say earlier!

And buy these from K8. Super fast shipping and well packaged. I only wish the instructions were included so I didn’t have to print them out from online.

Thank you for your order, and that's good feedback as well.

Did you get these installed? What are your impressions?

So the good news is that my dealer installed these for me today. The bad news is that I need a new turbo so I haven’t driven the car yet with the collars. I should get it back next week. And the collars didn’t destroy the turbo, unrelated issue ;)

Are you sure about that?! Warranty to be denied...maybe?? I make "any upgrade to your car and warranty denied" jokes.
