they do what you're looking for , check out their siteHm, I assumed they only make simple flat stickers, and nothing resembling a preoperly worked 3D profiled car emblem?
They are in Europe , The cost would be around $15 usd shipping was $5Checking .. hm seems so. Usually the transport costs from Northamerica To Europe kills any such small project, though.

It's like an aluminum piece with the design etched it - but there's no feeling to the lettering or design. I'm not really sure how it's done. Can you technically paint over it? Sure. Should you? Probably not. But if you can do it well - it would probably look good. But its certainly not designed FOR painting over...Can be painted? Do you mean that is not under some sort of glass/acrylic whatever transparent coating en completely exposed, just asking for a paintover?
There are mounting holes under the badges. Can't really debadge it unless you want to take it to the body/paint shop afterwards.Btw .. are there any pictures of debadged stingers? I have no idea if the part the emblems are on is somewhat curved, or if theres holes for bolts on the emblem etc ... front, back, steering wheel etc. never sam any debadged, unfinished jobs.
Oh that may be very cool then ... I'm already in contact with them. Seems the whole site is about center caps, but maybe they can do me an emblem.

I really like this idea. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.send your design to 3Dcarstickers.com and they will comp up an emblem to your specs , I ordered a set of wheel cap covers , should be here in a couple of weeks ................I'll post up pics when they arrive
I'll keep everyone posted , Merry Christmas to all our Aussie mates !!I really like this idea. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Haha.I was thinking exactly the same thing todayMuch obliged. Steering wheel is a thing ...... I asked local saddlers if they can put some decent, thin leather onto the steering wheels central pot (frankly, it's the one thing I hate on the Stinger... that big round piece of cheap plastic right into my face). But none will do anything ... they're all too scared of repercussions if something happens with this sensitive (airbag) piece of the car.
covered my steering wheel logo with carbon vinyl , blends into the steering wheel , easy and cheapHaha.I was thinking exactly the same thing today
