About that Kia badge...

I like it! I'd probably get this one or better yet with the "KIA" you added on top.

For now, I added the "E" at the front and large "stinger" at the rear. Note, as someone mentioned, you need to perfectly align the "n" and "g" to cover the holes. I additionally added silicone in the two holes prior to placing the STINGER badge. As for the front, simply cut the bottom peg and align the other two in the holes and apply!

It looks great! Nothing wrong with the Kia badges but the "E" looks more classy and that STINGER text badge is the only badge I really like for the back. It's perfect. It belongs there...

Totally agree, Kia should have made this format standard on all stingers worldwide not just for local use in SK, makes it stand out & leaving most people scratching their heads as to what it is.

It looks good ... but I also find it somewhat odd to have this imbalance of totally different badges on front and back ... and no brand or anything at all in just the stinger text.

wow this thread is going crazy :)

I'm happy that the EU/Ger Stinger comes standart with the letters in the rear.
I might want to change the Kia badge at the front and in the rear.
Eventough I really like the Looks of the E-badge, I would rather go for an oval shaped Emblem up front. Because the round one Looks a little bit lost, or odd placed. I'm not sure but it's really tempting to do. If I do the rear, I go deffenetly with the letters!

Edit: I wached the Picture back on the car I had the test drive with, @voon is right down below dammit :cautious: now I was all hyped up for the letters in the back

In Switzerland, it has the tiny Stinger logo on the side and the GT badge and so on ... no large stinger logo, just the ugly Kia badge. But we also have only 1 model to chose from, no options really.

BTW: Mike is obviously interested in group buys of that stinger badge, which an approximate price around 29 USD I think (or less if more buy I guess). Since this is probably happening in the US, it's too expensive in the end to me, as shipping costs from the US are usually very high.

Nothing new, really. Certain cars have been getting this treatment for a long time...

I sell them here for $26.95 and ship them out the same day. You get them in a few days as opposed to a few weeks. :p

Ack! It's my father's egg-shaped Buick from 1996! It's followed me into the future! Get back, Riviera!
Come on, now! It's one of those cars I've always wanted but never had - a supercharged Buick Riviera. I had a 1984 and really loved it... But here's the last generation...

To me, that's fairly close to the old Fiat Multipla, designwise.

It's only slightly less bulbous than the old Taurus design. I never liked it, and a 240hp supercharged V6 didn't feel that impressive back then in something that heavy. The coolest thing about it at the time was it was the first car we had that the radio would stay on after you turned off the ignition and took the key out, then turn off when you opened a door.

@Kia Stinger
I was more thinking of the superior level of ugliness :p The Fiat still wins, as he is a champion at that, but it's not far off. But back then, this might have worked, who knows. I mean look at the trumpet shaped jeans back then n all....

I LOVE that '71 Riv!!!
