Drag/Acceleration Kia Stinger 1/4 Mile Times

I've been called ignorant and dishonest this week so need to come clean on my mods. Someone one FB even thinks i dont have cats. (I have 2 cats named Monster and Truck, picture below)
It's true my car is .2 to .3 faster than similarly modded cars. I had a mechanic check my oil for me yesterday and found this.

I'm pretty sure that black thingy is my intake cause it has JT on it for Jonny Tig. Does anyone know what that blue thing is? It looks like something from Tork and could be why I'm so fast. @TorkMe did you do this mod?

Also i do remove my spare tire on occasion! Exposed!

Yea but how empty is your washer fluid reservoir? If your reservoir has undergone weight reduction mods all of your accomplishments are invalid. Let's see a pic of that!

But really, who the f*ck cares what someone on FB says? FB is for old people who are trying to feel young. FB is a 50 year old rapper. FB is Vince Carter going up for a dunk. FB is a 75 year old politician dabbing. FB is knee high striped tube socks. :laugh:

I did drop a duece once before a run and have almost no hair so advantage. After a duece and a head shave i'm only 185 dressed. Keep forgetting about the washer fluid! Damn. New numbers comming.

Oh i just notice you can see the primary cat shielding in the photo. FB myth busted.

Got the front 18" rims on, and the track dried out a bit. So close yet so far. Must be a 1WD Stinger world record though lol. Now I really think it's a decent launch away from the 11s.

Same mods as last time. JB4 v6 firmware, BMS intake, WMI (50/50 water/meth mix), 91 octane + can of Lucas octane booster, 555R rear tires at 20psi tire pressure. DA 1300'.

For those wondering, going from the factory 19s to aftermarket Enkei 18s saved around 50# of weight and based on my slips at equivalent tuning levels is worth around 1mph. ET is harder to gauge because I changed to a softer tire at the same time. Probably around .1ths.

Why don't you try it without exhaust or intercooler mods? What kind of stupid comment is this? Am I taking crazy pills?

On straight 91 craptane it's definitely going to be slower than 93+WMI, the real question is how close we'll be able to get on E30 without WMI. For most people with easy E85 access they don't really need WMI, and for those without E85 access then WMI is very beneficial.

You know what would really slow it down? If I turned off the JB4 at the press of a button on my smart phone. And you know whats slower than that? I can select VALET map4 which runs half as much boost as stock for Stinger 2L simulation. :)

I already have :)

You have to remember, we have 3 cars to play with now. One of the test cars has intakes only, and already ran 12.5 in the 1/4 mile, with our Stage 0 Tune. We are waiting to prefect the Stage 2 tune and see how it performs on that car.

I have Tonka, Myself, and a most stock car to get testing and results posted for you guys.

Also back in the summer i ran 12.44 with a tune catback and stock airbox. (AWD)
