That's strange. My last oil change was at 11,500 miles and I had no rust. My bolts are black, looks like yours are (supposed to be) silver? Those look like they came off of a 20 year old car.

Scary! Yes, an old car's bolts; those are NOT one year or less old!? What gives?
the rest of the underneath checked out...no flood damage, that's the first thing I did (check for damage) after reading the quotes!!!!Build date was nov.2017, so I have calculated a winters worth of driving had had taken place. They use sodium to melt the road ice up here, turns unprotected iron to rust in days not years.,,,,I caught this just in time! I wash my car weekly because of the crap they use up here.

Is it just me or is there a face on the mat covering the transmission tunnel in the 2 pics of the rear seats. Zoom in and have a look. Oh and no I’m not drunk :p:D:eek:

Lol. Yes there is indeed. I think Rango’s granny did it as a self portrait. You know, like how an artist signs their work. :)

Rockn' this plate now, nice look on Ceramic. Plus, this plate first started with a honoring a K.I.A K9...love dogs

Yellow spots? What was on it?

What size wheels you on?

Yellow spots from iron contamination I think. The wheels are 18" and Nokian Hakka R3 for winter

Rail dust. I figured thats what you meant. I had a white Lexus that I used to park next to a railway at work. The car was covered with those damn rust specs.

I used something called Iron X to get rid of it. Stinks like crazy but does a great job.

we have yellpw pollen in the spring and summer....with a black truck you can watch it accumilate.

The stuff he's talking about is rail dust. It comes from heated up iron particles landing on the car's paint. Up close it looks like the paint is rusting under the clear.

gotcha
