Whatever happened with this? I'm considering doing something similar except you didn't have the image I was thinking of. All black with red on the little indention's in the middle. If you did what you wanted I'd love to see pictures.

Thanks for your interest in this. I still haven't moved on this. It's an expensive venture no matter which way I move. On one hand - this would make my wheels a one-off with none other just like them. My other option is to purchase aftermarket wheels which can be much lighter and offer another take of an uncommon unique look. Either way, about $1k spent. I'll post something if/when I do act on this. Thanks again!

1 and maybe 3 and 9 look interesting. 6&7 are no gos for me.

Really unsure they will work out enough to be worth it vs the right aftermarket wheels since if it doesn't pan out you lose some resale value too.

The initial idea was to accomplish the mod in vinyl wrap. Then if I was fond enough of the result - make the move to paint. As far as resale - I bought this car as an “end game” car for me. I’m old and hoping this will continue to meet my wants/needs till I’m no longer able to drive. That could be a WHILE - hopefully!!!
