I got them from Aliexpress. They did work. It's not completely gone, but is substantially reduced. The character changed quite a bit also though - still sounds good, but perhaps lost a bit of the low end throatiness and sounds a bit more distant, but is now more refined. A Stinger sounds like neither, but imagine moving the slider from muscle car towards Ferrari. Mind you I think it has also been changing character as it carbons up. Still sounds great when you get on it, which I think is the main thing.

Is it that the tips are longer than stock and they now reach the exhaust? Is the fit loose so theres no contact and vibration? Thanks.

The tips clamp onto the end of the exhaust (which is actually slightly shorter than stock) rather than being separate units attached to the facia. The corollary is that you need to spend extra effort aligning things so they don't rub or vibrate on the plastic facia and so they look straight. My installer did a good job though it was fiddly he said. You could probably work some magic with some sort of silicon rubber.
