Wind noises

I have the same problem. The noise sounds like it is coming from the outside. Only hear it on the passenger side and can hear it while I am driving. It’s really loud and gets worse as speed increase which leads me to the fact it is directly related to wind. I am taking it in next week and see what they find. I am afraid it will be one of those “couldn’t duplicate owner concern”
Hey can you call me and I will explain 361-404-0618 please text me first

So shout out to @Stevevargas. I spoke to him this morning about the wind noise. Turns out the issue is the side skirt that wraps under the car is held by clips. If the clips aren’t engaged the plastic will catch wind and carry up the B pillar. Thank you Steve. Sorry it took the dealership over a month to solve your problem. I imagine my dealership would have never have found it. Kia should issue a TSB for the fix so dealers are aware. I appreciate the shared info. This is the type of thing these forums are made for.

I just popped in to say how amazed I am that compared with other vehicles, the Stinger is extremely quiet wind-wise with all the windows down. Not that the sound system couldn't overcome that, but not even necessary. I drove a Subaru Crosstrek as a loaner while my spec b was getting it's "permanent" airbag recall repair done and with just the rear windows down, the buffeting was literally painful...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I legitimately made an account to thank you and @Stevevargas for bringing this up and solving it. For the first 750 miles of owning this great car I felt like I made a poor decision because my 2014 Ford Focus was quieter. The last 2 days have been a dream and I’ve fallen in love with this car again. Thank you both.
