Hey Guys,

I have installed led lights inside and wanted to know if this will drain my batteries? if so, do I have to unplug it and use it only when I need it?

Not much. Negligible. I've accidentally left a ceiling light on and it wasn't enough to "drain the battery".

But when I turned of the engine, I got this warning "Battery discharge warning. Please use the system with engine running" hence I asked this question.

That warning comes up every time "something" is pulling power when the car is off. My dash-cam gives me that warning every time I turn it on and it has been installed for quite some time now.

Eventually, yes but you would have to leave it on for a very long time, without driving the car... I'd toss a small switch in the circuit but only because leaving lights on bugs me...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Connect them to a switched power source. Only on when the car is.

LED in general for interior would not drain the battery unless they are on all the time. LED usually are low powa consumption
