Why is my calculation so different from the dealer?

I am trying to figure out why I calculate this at $447/month ($480 with tax) and the dealer is coming up with $541/month.
My calculation is here:
leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Kia&msrp=50100&sales_price=48000&months=36&mf=.00209&dp=5000&doc_fee=80&acq_fee=650&taxed_inc=6700&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=51&reg_fee=586&sales_tax=7.25&memo=&monthlyTax_radio=true&miles=15000&msd=0

He sent me this from his computer...what am I doing wrong here (or what is he?) Thanks!!

The difference goes into the salemans retirement fund! Lol
Seriously ask for a complete breakdown in costs as I think something is definitely wrong.

Thanks! The first dealer I went to had completely different numbers but I was using a more basic lease calculator. He tried blaming it on that and was adamant that his numbers were right. I contacted a different dealer & at least they were more humble & said they weren't sure why the numbers were so different. So, since it's happened twice (GT1 & GT2 so different prices) I was wondering if I was doing something wrong!

Yes, your numbers are incorrect. The lease calculator is saying that yeah, you're putting 5k down and then on top of that you are still paying your fees beforehand which are another 2k. So in your calculations they have you paying 7k to drive off, not 5k. Make sure to read the actual numbers in lease hackers calculations because it'll break down what all you are paying. If you actually do intend to pay fees as well, just tell the dealership that you're putting 7k down and not 5k.

This is how the numbers are actually working out which lines up perfectly with what they're telling you:

Thank you Jayce!! That makes sense. It's been driving me nuts that I couldn't figure out why the numbers were so off!!

You're welcome! Yeah, this lease stuff can be a little tricky. Had times where the dealer did not seem to know how it worked either lol
