Who's 2019 modded GT was this?

I'm not saying he's lying. But his definition of abusing a car may be drastically different than yours or mine. Just something to consider.
Interesting conversation. That said, what type of “mods” would you consider on a car? Exhaust and intakes? Or? I drive mine pretty chill and have basic mods, open it up once in a while, but I like the idea I can probably beat most of what’s around me, or at least that’s how I perceive myself.. . I wouldn’t JB4, don’t have CAI (just stock box with AEM panel and Snorkels)…I just wanted it to breathe a little better and sound a little meaner…

You mean if I were buying a used modded car or if I were modding it myself?

I've bought modded cars before. The most heavily modified car I've bought was a full boot-on/heads+cam 06' GTO. It didn't cause me any issues but I realize I got lucky (this was back in 2007-2008 ish).

Today I don't think I'd buy a used car with any suspension mods/cat deletes and definitely none with a tune. I guess the only mods I would consider on a used car would be intake and exhaust.

It would definitely be cool and a fun ride. Especially if you have the expendable money to pay for things when warranty claims get declined due to modifications.
As for needing a smaller payment because of a baby, You can refinance or car. My toddler and 11 yr old fit just fine as well in my ride. And i came out of a CX9 GT that had stupid room.
Yes warranties transfer but at this point that warranty is useless with everything that has been done to that car. Just my 2 cents.
And not that it really matters but, i like knowing i "built" my ride. There again thats just me.

I’m probably the opposite. If it had sways and springs with exhaust I’d probably buy it but would definitely take it to my mechanic to run through it with a fine tooth to see if there were any hose changes, pull a spark plug, etc to confirm ( if that’s even possible).
