Who does your Modifying and why?

This isn't a question of ego or skill. Merely asking another way as to why you mod a stinger.
For Me It's a 70 /30. split I do 70 % while other stuff I would farm out,so to speak. My wife is ready to crease my head with a frying pan, lol the ink isn't even dry on the bill of sale and I'm in a close 400 bucks. Granted I change whatever I own to my liking, the 2nd biggest item we as a whole will ever buy, much like a home, you want to make it your own. I always look back at the car when I walk away that's one reason, another is purely flexing purposes and finally, to at least have a chance if squared off at a light. That's why I mod. How about you?

Haven't bought the car yet but I am planning to swap sway bars (haven't planned if I want to do both or just rear, planning to get AWD 3.3T GT2). It started with watching Alex on autos video where he suggested thicker rear sway bars for better handling. Been reading about it since. Planning to do it myself. Planning to use car for few months, then buy both bars but install only the rear first, try it for few months, install front as well, try it for few months, then decide if I want both or just rear or none.

Depends on the mod for me. If its within my skill set, I'll do it myself, if it looks a bit more complicated, I'll pay to have someone do it. Example: brake vent mod, remote start, wireless charging, I will do myself. Puddle lights, I would pay the dealer to do it.

I do most my own stunts. I've only called in a ringer for my springs installation since others here warned everyone how much it sucks.

Depends on the task, I did the re-badging & swapped out engine cover. Get too old with back back to do heavy physical stuff so:

I use Specialists to:
Paint & Fit rear spoiler
Fit Bi-modal exhaust when I order it
Replace Swaybars further down the track when I order them

I use Dealer to:
Supply & Fit mud flaps
Fit my LED reversing bulbs
Fit my Aluminium Trunk Cover when it arrives
