The one in Henderson NV (large Vegas suburb) is this size. The time I was there (not my vehicle) there was a line of 6 cars waiting at each set of pumps. It was a random Thursday afternoon. Popular gas.
I use a local Smiths (Kroger) gas and add Techron every 5-6,000 miles. From what I could find, Kroger uses Sunoco here in Vegas. For a while I was only using Mobile/Exxon but their prices were significantly higher and I get $0.03-0.30 off a gallon with the market purchases.

Our local Costco is 5 islands, 4 pumps each and the only time that there aren't lines is weekday mornings. Lines on the weekends can be 10-12 cars deep on both sides of each island. The lines would probably be shorter if NJ allowed people to pump their own gas.
Any other Costco I've been to doesn't have huge lines both because they have more pumps and each car finishes quicker because it's self-serve. The Costco in Christiana, DE has 36 stations (6 islands, 3 pumps, 2 stations per pump).
our closest costco has 3 islands of 6 pumps so 18 spots with some cool sensors to show people when a pump becomes available! there is almost never a line longer than 2 or 3 cars waiting.
the costco 35 min away has 4 islands of 4 pumps so 16 spots and this one is generally the busiest and can have over 7-8 spots in line behind every pump, and the 3rd costco is 3 islands of 4 so 12 spots... don't go there often so don't know how busy it gets.
