Where can i buy a dead pedal?

Did anyone ever get this settled? Do we know the part number of the dead pedal, or should we just order the one for the Genesis? Seems they are the exact same, per Stinger305's post.

I was at a dealer Friday and saw on a shelf everything like hats, umbrella and your pedals but no rest pedal.

Me too, I constantly search this out, should have been a standard fit in the first place, not holding my breath that they will make one, but I can only hope.

I copped another email survey from some mob on behalf of Kia today. They had a section to free text what you don’t like about the car so the non matching dead pedal got a mention. There really isn’t much I don’t like about the car so it’s just nit picking but if they take notice and start offering them as parts it’ll be good. I made a few other suggestions so who knows.

Yes, the issue of no dead pedal being offered with the pedal set makes zero sense. Other things to nitpick....no adaptive headlights and the fact you cannot tilt the sunroof without having the shade all the way open. Also, my android auto cannot stay connected after trying 3 different phones.

I bought on eBay from Sth Korea, it’s the M&S brand, S Type, I had my smash repairer paint & fit it for me.

Hi Orthrok, did you ever get yours? I ordered one from Ebay that said it fits the Stinger but it was too small. It would fit inside the dead pedal, but about an inch short and too skinny as well. So that did not work out.

I just rang a UK dealership about a RHD pedal and they only have a plastic one like the Australian GTs have. Looks like it a no go.

We’ve all tried to source them even the LHD one, cannot get any firm responses to this, I think it’s a dead issue...
