New owner here.....
First wash today. I'd like to know how people clean the wheel barrel area at the calipers. I can't get even the smallest of my Wheel Woolies between the rim and caliper. A sponge hardly fits. What works?

And ceramic coating will make it so much easier to keep clean.

Wedge a microfiber or 100% terrycloth towel in there with a toothbrush handle.

I don't even try to clean the full depth of the wheel barrel. As far as I can reach in and around the backside of the spokes, that's good enough for me.

Mine are ceramic coated with the rest of the car so high-pressure water cleans them off.

Every few washes I pop off all the wheels and hand wash everything I can get to in the wheel wells and the wheels themselves. I just did it today. Took about 3 hours to clean the whole car and do the wheels (1 at a time). I bought new front brake pads and they are much more dusty than the OEM ones so that gets annoying. There is also a spray I use where I spray it and let it sit and then just rinse it to get off the majority of the loose dirt/brake dust. I have found keeping this car clean to be a full time job. But I enjoy it.

Thanks for the replies. Ceramic coating is on my project list for sure. Had coated wheels on my last car....made life a lot easier.
