How much power do you want?

We're seeing so many vendors come along with various upgrades. Now I need to ask. What is your power goal?

When you choose torque, this calculator will measure the approximate torque of an enginebased on the horsepower, multiplied by 5,252 (conversion between foot-pounds and horsepower), divided by the RPM of the engine. For example, if your engine has 350 horsepower then the torque would be 367 foot-pounds, at 5,000 RPM.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
500whp would be nice :p

I voted 5+ & 5+ as whp is not specified, but 450 at the wheels (for either) will be plenty for me. I will want both exhaust and chip to be selectable for "regular" and "race" - we do a fair bit of drag racing, and I will also plan on doing track days.

If we are getting techincal then 500 to the wheels -_-

All I want is a car with enough torque to by pass those stupid slow people on freeway.

I'm more interested in what modifications could be done that grant slightly more power with zero change in real-world fuel economy, or even improve it slightly without losing any power.

I eventually want a reliable 500 all wheel HP. No clue yet what the tranny and drive system on the AWD's can handle reliably. I read somewhere that the RWD tranny can handle almost 800 ft/lbs :geek: It may have been Tork that did the research, but don't quote me on that.

I know it'll be a little bit to get there with zero issues, but it'll happen. My Stinger is going nowhere for a very long time...and when something happens at 250-300k miles i'll just pull the motor and rebuild it :D

I have a sneaking suspicion we are going to find out that this motor is built to hell from the factory and then WAY de-tuned since it has the 10/100k factory warranty.
