What is your favourite driving music?

Back to music? You guys were making me thirsty. OK, I listen to a little of everything, like Taimaishoo. I love classical, especially lively works or those with great percussion; piano works; the occasional Wagner opera chorus. I also enjoy driving to classic rock, especially blues-based. When I had a CD player in the car, I always carried the Stones and Queen, and cycled through others, like Seger, Thorogood, Hendrix, Yardbirds, Cream, and the like. I like to drive to show tunes from all eras, but have be careful not to be seen singing along--embarrassing. I guess now in my new car I should start listening more to Sting.
I'm digging your choices, we would get along on a road trip! And don't be embarrassed by the show tunes, I've even caught my kid 16 year old boy singing along with Wells Fargo wagon.

KMFDM for me, if you have not heard of them...Enjoy! :p

My first taste of KMFDM was in a Manga Video trailer and loved them since!

And just in case you didn't know, KMFDM is short for Kill Moth** Fu**** Depeche Mode

Road Trip! Definitely! Sync up everyone's playlist and just roll down the street, volume maxed out and embarrass the kids!

I'm extremely diverse with my music. What's my favorite driving music? As of late, EDM. Electronic Dance Music. When I don't want my heart rate jumping too high, it's either classical or 90s dance/pop music. My thing is - I like upbeat music. I like being in a good mood...

You have good taste in music then!

Thank you! I do miss some of my favorite heavy metal and stuff - but it just ends up making me drive too aggressively. :p Techno and stuff like that does the same thing. I like it - I like fast music - but it's not a great idea while I'm driving...

That's why you sit in the driveway and annoy your neighbors! Oh wait, that's me. :p

Cruise control helps me, also. :)

I have been using Amazon music, provides decent variety and capable of passing songs that I am not into. Typically classic rock.

Something like "f*ck you" from the Headstones or similar. As long as something is cursing all other traffic participants to leave me my hands free for middle finger signs and such.

Hah! Oh, and cruise control does help. :)

I mostly listen to podcasts while driving. But when I'm in the mood for music, I turn to EDM these days; house, trance, and dubstep in particular. I'll also throw in stuff from the 80s/90s/00s when I feel like reliving my youth.

i used to listen to audio books. Kinda like podcasts. Otherwise, it sounds like we listen to the same music. Ya old fart. :p

@AndyGT! Welcome aboard! Thank you for signing up! :)

Yep,
My office, one of my employees and my business insurance referred to this as my mid life crisis car. These are the same people who referred to my Sorrento as a soccer mom car. To hell with them all so I also bought my self a GMC canyon what will this be classified as a red neck Cadillac
SMH
To quote the song "You see ya cant please everyone, so ya got to please yourself"

Boy went from mid-life crisis to soccer mom to just flat out geezing by referencing a Ricky Nelson song.
