What do you think about my new spoiler?

I typically don’t go for non-performance related upgrades, but saw this for 40% off and had to have it.

I didn’t want anything drastic and think this is just enough to add a little more style.

What do you all think? Not bad for about $100 I hope.

Thanks and I did consider painting it initially. However, the more I looked at painted spoilers the more I liked the spoiler matching all the black trim.

All the color matched spoilers I’ve seen look unnatural on our Stingers, so I went with the more traditional black/carbon fiber look everyone using.

No, its actually the “mid-high duckbill” version, or model #284GP from Spoilerking.

I really wish these were made to be the same width as the hatch... they would look so much better.

They are made almost exactly the same width as the hatch.

Mine is only a few millimeters from each edge, but admit mine is slightly narrower than normal. Since the spoiler is made of malleable polyurethane I was able to make it look taller by positioning the edges closer together.

Luckily the spoiler still looks like it fits edge to edge from behind, and the only way anyone can tell is if they look from above.

So the standard version will go from edge to edge, it just will look slightly shorter when it comes the the height of the spoiler.

Nice spoiler. It looks like you still have the black protective wrap on your door trim. I had that when my car was delivered too. The black chrome accent runs along the top of the doors and onto the rear. Peel off that black!

Lol. I thought the same thing after I saw the picture but it’s actually just the lack of reflection on the door trim. The two pieces don’t line up perfectly and are at a slightly different angles so the one piece just looks like a different color. My trim did have the protective wrap but I pulled all that off when I got home.
