Lol. The one thing this thread has hammered home in a few posts is the vast universe that is popular music: almost all of it never encountered before/yet (by me, at any rateShpongle
BUCKETHEAD, everyday all the time!!!!Wondering what everyone listens to in their Stingers.
What else would I be listening to in a Stinger but The Scorpions!
I've noticed the same thing (Bastuck exhaust here) - In the previous car I always had some music playing over the crappy factory speakers, and now that I have that excellent H/K audio I listen to music very rarely as most of the time the sound of the car is just too good to drown out with music ..MBRP exhaust tones...
Right, I used to love Pandora for this and then they went region-locked and I had to move on. I discovered last.fm and to this day I think they have the best algorithms ever for suggesting new/related music. In the recent years Spotify has taken me over as it's just so convenient to have on all my devices and it can be easily switched to play from whichever of my sound systems is currently near me.I've become a big Spotify fan over the last few years. Created a few personal playlists for different moods (one has a lot of Alter Bridge, Myles Kennedy, Slash, Tremonti, Shinedown, Seether ... another has loads of Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, ELO, etc etc). I often listen to others' playlists (big fan of Yacht Rock-type stuff, again depending on the mood) ... but I think my favourite thing about Spotify is that you can say "Hey, Siri, play Dreadlock Holiday by 10cc on Spotify", and she obliges ... and when that song's over, the next song is somehow related to the first (maybe another 10cc song) and then the next song is somehow related (maybe another brit band from the 70s), and the next one is related (maybe the same genre/decade) and on and on ad infinitum. I've discovered/rediscovered a lot of music this way!
Can I get some Twisted Sister?Sirius Channel 39/Hair Nation for the most part; love 80’s hair metal/rock.
