Finally an update for everyone!!!!
After sending emails with photos and talking to multiple reps on the hotline and two months of waiting for help I finally got it. I finally got a rep who went through my case and asked me how I wanted it resolved. I told her I wanted the replacement parts ordered. She did a quick check said the parts where cheap and placed an order for me. Only downside is there are none in the country and it will be 6 weeks to get them.

The replacment part finally arrived at the delership ( they never called me and told me I had to inquire). When I arrived they told me it was 50 dollars and I had to go through and explain the whole story to them again about the other dealer damaging the part and the kia hotline paying for it. They said I needed to call the stinger hotline again and have an email sent to the dealership saying Kia was buying the part because they tell customers that all the time and then don't follow through with paying the dealership. Then they said I needed to open a ticket and put the car in maintenance. I responded that i was done with kia and i wanted nothing to do with them ever again and turned around to walk out. An employee chased me down and gave me the part saying I shouldn't fill that way about kia. Needless to say my kia delership experiences on average are bad but my engine bay is looking good again .
