I recently installed the Jb4 on my Genesis g70 and I’m not sure if my logs are good. Seems like a lot timing be pulled. Anyone who can look and tell what’s going would help a lot. I’m also running a e30 mix or close to it on map 3

Hi there. Welcome. I'm moving this out of the community lounge and into the JB4 support forum. However, in case you're not aware, there's a Genesis-specific JB4 support forum here:
Timing pull is acceptable but can be better. Map3 is extra 6psi tapered to 5psi and map2 is 5psi tapered to 4psi. You might want to use map6 to make a flat 5psi across all rpm. That might give you less boost peak to trigger timing pull but more high end boost at the same time.

So is 4.5 on the timing acceptable? I’m also curious about the fueling. I’ll try the map 6 at 5 across and rpm’s and see what that does for me. I’ve tried map 2 on just 93 and the timing pulls reached up to 6 or so

That makes sense. So with map 6 I change all the boost values to 5 across the board. Then for the other setting I believe is something with fuel do I adjust those at all?

Alright so I did some logs today on my home from work today. I did forget to disconnect the ground terminal for for resetting the ECU but have a look and see if anything seems weird. I got one log that has to be just a fluke or something. Ign 2,3,4 and I think 5 are crazy

I thought I was but now I see where my problem with the logs is. I had the auto logging set to 5 seconds. I’m gonna go out in a little bit and to a couple more

Change "PreBoost" to the other boost so you measure in intake. (I dont know what its called in your US meny). Then boost probably will show a bit less but real.
Otherwise you log looks good. Make one pull from like 1000 rpm in third gear and wot and also fourth if you have a road that can take it. Both to redline...

This the best a could do with all the traffic. I don’t know exactly how to read the logs but I’m thinking this isn’t very good I could be wrong though.

This one is way easier to read since you have at least a full 3rd gear and almost full 4th. I saw you already switched to +5psi and the timing pull is not even bad, hence nothing to worry about for now. However your peak timing (ign1)is like 14 which seems slightly too low for E30 that you claimed. You would like to see 15.5 at the redline when octane is sufficiently.
Trims seemed healthy enough for slightly more E, it almost doesn’t even seem like you’re actually running E30 at this level of boost.
Nothing to worry about AFR and fuel setting since it looks fine if your bit 0 under “user adjustment setting” is off, which means you’re letting JB4 to control the fueling.

Okay thanks. I used a calculator to see how many gallons of e85 to 93 I need and I’m sure it’s off a little. I’ve been putting in 11 gal 93 and 4.5 of e85. I just filled up today so my next tank I will add more e85 and keep an eye on the ign1 to see if it raises any.
When I read the logs what the best thing to look to see if something isn’t right or good? And thanks for your input on all this
4.5 gal is perfectly fine. It might just be the E% of your E85 is too low this time. No need to mix more than that next time in case it’s back to E85 or E90 and causing fuel pump to crash.
