Waiting for the Stinger GT in Panthera Metal

I feel ya. If I were buying a Stinger, that would be my preferred configuration.

My first go-to is the Kia website vehicle finder, however I find www.cars.com a great option too because you have the ability to filter specific models/colors and location ranges. Not sure if either one is any more accurate than the other, so if you do find your choice vehicle, follow up immediately with the corresponding dealership to check for accuracy and availability. Good Luck:thumbup:
Up in Bellevue, WA, or close to, I recall them having a Panthera Metal. I need to see it in person, but it looks a LOT like the Mazda liquid metal color also. So does the red, nearly identical to Mazda's "Soul Red." I read somewhere the yellow is 1 in 100, and same with the Panthera Metal? Why on earth even put those colors into "production" when they are more rare than an AMG GT in lime green?!...

I think the US folks underestimated the attention this car would bring. With the car being built in Korea and getting shipped here, it takes a bit for the inventory to get in. If it's selling like hotcakes all over, they may be a supply issue. Hopefully they are getting ramped up to bring more exterior and interior choices. Not everyone is going to want a GT but a lot of folks love the look of the car and I feel it will sell even more once the color choices on the 2.0T open up. They do need to make the 2.0t version feel more upscale though, add in some sportier wheels, quiet the cabin and have options similar to the GT. The engine shouldn't limit what you can get. Audi and BMW have options you can get no matter the engine trim. Volvo is now offering an Inscription trim on their T5 (base engine) lineup. I hope they correct these issues for 2019.

I got this the other day: "Can you just buy a car already, so we don't have to talk about it anymore?"

I can relate- put in my order in November and waited two months for my micro blue gt1. I love the Panthera Metal as well. Kind of torn between the two, but went for the blue. I didn't stop talking about the car throughout January, and just got my car on Sunday. Still smiling and talking about it... and believe I will be continuing to do so for a long time. Keep the faith - the wait will be worth it! Cheers- Paula

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

You nailed it. Now, 2019 should open up the options plate. They worked hard to simplify and keep costs down. And as the flagship brand vehicle, it should aid in keeping initial quality high. I’ll be looking at Year-end offers or how I can really configure my 2019 GT...
