Wagner intercooler upgrade

HI guys just wanted to find out, any ones experience with the wagner intercooler, i will definatley be upgrading this.

Ive done a lot of research and these intercoolers are not cheap but i think i am pointing in this direction.

I need the bigger cooler as i have gone the hi flowed turbo route if anyone has more info than whats already on this forum.

I have an ecu tune that has had the 3 stage map set up through the brake and cruise control button, 1 of the first in perth as im aware. So looking at some cooler temps before the warmer weather hits here.

The Wagner Intecooler is an excellent upgrade

By looking at the size of that thing, I am wondering how much more air you have to push through it, to make it offset just weight difference alone. Unless you are running huge aftermarket turbos, that thing doesn't make any sense. I would imagine, turbo lag will be really bad too.

Feel like its overkill, it might also be an issue if you decide to add the transmission oil cooler upgrade which is important for a modded car.

I would rather get the full moshimoto intercooler with all the piping and the CSF transmission oil cooler, I have that combo and it works very well.

What do you mean by "hi flowed turbo", an upgraded turbine/compressor in the stock housing? Like the TK700 or Pure700 kit?

OP, they are all jelly because you got a big one, and they have a small one.

The Wagner is an excellent intercooler.
