My USB port reads my iPhone for Apple CarPlay, but does not read flash drives. It just says "no USB data". They work on my other vehicles and computers. Anyone else have this problem?

I usually play directly from my phone using Android Auto, but I've also used a Sandisk 64GB USB flash drive formatted as FAT32 for lossless FLAC files.

The separate MultiMedia user's manual supplied with the car gives all the specifications for the USB cards, supported music formats, compression, etc.

This is a known issue. As suggested, try a different USB stick. My SanDisk also works flawlessly.

I'm going to try reformatting a new flash drive to FAT32 and see if that works. It needs to be 32gigs or less to be converted, so the 64gig I bought won't work.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
32GB, FAT32, still nothing, will not read.

Is your music in a supported format?

Get GuiFormat to format FAT32 > 32GB. I use it all the time.
