Upgraded

Ha, yeah. Every upgrade to this car is an insane amount of value compared to many other manufacturer's offerings. I mean I think I just need to live with what I have for a year or two (awww poor me, only having a 3.3L twin turbo highway rocket lol) and then check out the trade in offers to get a new one with all the bells and whistles. This is my first new car so it's expected that there would be a lot of buyers regret, and I see why this is a decision most people do not rush.

All the upgrades from GT to GT1 are worthwhile, as are the upgrades from GT1 to GT2 imo. I just don't have the extra 5-10k right now.
If I had known that the factory stereo (nine speakers) was essentially the same quality as the Harman Kardon, just sans some listening dynamics (e.g. ClariFi and "on stage") and six speakers, and that it included the subwoofers, I'd have given up the sunroof to get that Sunset Yellow. But the Sunset Yellow sold over the weekend while I was finalizing my research, so, that option went away, anyway!

I think that you've got a terrific car in the GT. If you don't have a sunroof you can't risk "sunroof rattle". Hah! I had no clue, and I am fortunate to have silent sunroof.

This is my first (and so far only) brand new car as well; but you've got yours a "few" decades earlier in life. :P

The pinstriping or the lobster? I see your dealer added pinstriping also. Saw a white GT1 last Friday with it and said “didn’t pinstriping go out in the 80s?” The dealer added it along with other extras and tried to charge an extra $5000. I walked away. Don’t know about the crustacean. If it makes you happy, go for it.
