Purchased mine at the end of April. Just called premium number and they are having 12.5 SD card shipped to me. Quick and easy, excellent customer service.
I got my head unit replaced, no text over Bluetooth. Did I get old software?Here is what my system info page looks like. Not sure how to tell if it’s version 12.5

I can receive messages and have the system read me text messages. I don’t believe I can respond. This is only connected through Bluetooth on iOS.

Yes, there have been at least a couple of us successful with having it addressed. Like you, I mentioned it on every trip to the dealer, but despite hours of trying I was never able to find a way to replicate the issue on demand. They said they could not address it unless they could see it happen (the American service bulletin does not apply in Canada).I wonder if anyone up in Canada has had any luck getting there HU replaced..
I wonder if anyone up in Canada has had any luck getting there HU replaced.. I have the random fade to rear and also changes in tones depended on slight speed increase/decrease, all of those within the 20 to 90 KM/H range.
I have taken my car in 3 times regarding the issue and the service tech cant seam to notice it or the car desides to play nice..
