This is the install video of the ultimate performance Intercooler and XS Blow off valves.
The fitment was perfect straight bolt-on and the quality of the intercooler is amazing.....its a garret core in my opinion the best intercooler for the stinger....Epic day....History was made today.....Told the wife the intercooler went bad and needed a new one.......soon hopefully the 11's......Also installed the XS Turbo blow off valves got them on sale from Khar Tunerz from Nick.......

Got a chance to drive the car for a road trip today and wow i am impressed...got a chance to monitor the IAT (intake air temperature) form the JB4 and its an average of 20 F lower than before...This was tested at 38 F temperature Today...Prior to the intercooler the IAT were 84 F while driving and about 92 while standing still at the stoplights...now no more high temps...at standstill is about 62F and while driving is was like 44 F I could not beleive it....i i have opne diy intakes so once i install the power agency intakes i assume the IAT temps will be even lower...Amazing product...I also did some pulls and the cat top end it pulls a lot harder than before.....I could not be happier...this intercooler truly works

Thanks for all the DIY videos man. You may be post like a dyslexic roid rager but you make up for it in quality content!

Thanks man....At the end of the day I do this to support people like yourself and others that own stingers....I am not in it to make money off people....I just want to help people save money instead of giving there hard earned money out if its not necessary.....I know i might rub people off with my opinions at times but I genuinely hate when people are fan boys and defend these companies when these companies all they care about is themselves and making money ....not all companies are like that but they try to take advantage and i hate that....Terry has amazing support and prices and i respect that about him....Khar Tunerz well Nick he is awesome guy always giving deals out and his customer service is amazing....Matt at Ultimate Performance is a true gentleman before i installed the intercooler i called him and he guided me trough all the steps and gave me some tips on the install which helped me a lot......There are some other companies that pretend to be for the community but are not...i dont have an issue calling people out for right or wrong....I am glad you appreciate the video and hope it can help some people in similar situations than me that want to save money...I will have a video up next week of the power agency intake install and review....I am true car enthusiast, i do this for the love of cars. I been taken advantage a lot in the past when i started modifying cars especially with my IS 300....

Looking good angel

Thank You Nick for always helping me out......FYI I received the Agency Power intakes today and all I can say is WOW !!! I will be installing them tomorrow after work and I will make an install video to supplement the installation PDF from agency power....Again Nick Thank You, you have helped me in making it possible for me to take the time to make these videos since you have been able to save me money on parts and your fast shipping never fails me....Thanks Nick !!!

What was the ambient temperature when you recorded the 92 static/84º moving intake temps prior to installation?

Your wife must think this car is a POS
Lol she loves the car but just the other day she was like, “with all these problems you should bought me a Toyota or Honda, we never had any issues with our Honda Accord” lol we traded in her new Honda Accord for the Kia ... nobody is modding a POS Honda lol

It was about 38 f .... I will be doing to better testing today ..... I will see temps prior to the installation of the AP intake and after the AP intake is installed .... the temps dropped significantly with the intercooler ... then intercooler makes a day and night difference in IAT temps .... it droppped temps by an average of 20 f degrees and it was most noticed on standstill ... and when the car was moving it almost dropped the temps to the outside ambient temp which was impressive .... defenetely recommend the UP intercooler to anyone especially the fact that it’s bolt on and easy to install.

By no means my testing is 100 percent accurate ... I did this to just have an idea if it was making a difference and without a doubt the intercooler made a huge difference in cooling on this car ... the trottle response is about the same I didn’t lose any that I can notice at least ... but I do notice a smoother power band and higher top end ... when WOT

I thought the IC made a very slight change in the intake sound. Did you notice that? Although i added mine after the intake.

I did not notice the sound......because i have BOV and intake...hard to tell

Angel .. such a fanboy. Haha. I really do enjoy reading your posts and watching the videos. Intercoolers will be a great match to this power train... Especially since it already has a front mount and the piping is fairly large.

Thanks lol....These intercooler is bad ass to say the least best mod i have done so far....It lowered my IAT temps, no more heat soak....and my top end is incredible....Ran map 3 and it just pulls and pulls .....Unfortunately i took the intercooler off today and all other mods because i need to take my car in next week for recall...i am so pissed just when i was enjoying the intercooler....Will post video soon on the AP intake

They arn't going to notice your ic and wouldn't care. The recall is to put a rubber grommit in the fender. I just ordered the part.

What side of the car does the grommet go, and do they have to put the car on the lift? can i put the part in myself?

I’d let them do it and I “think” it’s the one we use for the JB4 CANBUS... so that definitely has to go, haha.

Its right below the ecu on the inside of the drivers side fender. Pull the ecu and you can pop in the grommit. I covered the edge with a vacume hose but then found the real grommit.
Tsb attached with pics and part numbers
