Two bolts near transmission are out please help

I was under my installing a new exhaust when I noticed these 2 bolts out bolth the same length out won't tighten or loosen the car is awd 3.3 stinger I have owned since new ther has never been a brace on the car other photos of kua stinger these bolts are all the way tighten up I can tighten them or listen them what are they for and what could they affect on the car?

Your exhaust pipes brace is missing. How can you own the car since new, be replacing the exhaust pipes, and lose your cross brace?

I have no idea why missing that is a awd car correct

So, if you have had since new and are under there to swap to different exhaust pipes, you have to remove that bracket/brace to get the OE pipes out. Did a repair earlier require the pipes out for some reason? If so then the mechanic didn't put the brace back on.

I had down pypes put on when I got it i thank u are correct thank you he didn't put it back on
