It doesn't take an expert to figure out that the problems you caused back then are probably going to cause things to fail prematurely. By your line of reasoning, an owner can run an unsafe tune with the wrong plugs that runs lean, misfires, stresses parts, and causes problems; but as long as he removes it, things should be fine for the remaining life of the car. I can't tell if you're delusional, ignorant, or just being deceptive.

That's fine though, just keep deflecting while you're waiting for your car to be fixed under the warranty. Hopefully you learned your lesson and once you get your car back, you'll either pay someone who knows what they're doing, or you'll stick to modifications that aren't over your head. I’m sorry are we talking about a gas powered turbo charged motor here inside of a stinger? what do you mean unsafe tune this is an off-the-shelf tune JB4 stage 2 basic tune. they weren’t the wrong plugs they are just shitty plugs made by denso that burger motor sports sales maybe they work with most of their cars but I’ve seen a lot of people have problems with them they caused misfires because they are pieces of shit and they are weak. I had some issues with misfires because of weak bad spark plugs, there is zero connection between a slight misfire and having a seal blow internally in a turbo? I have been doing this for many many years I’ve had over 10 turbo charged and supercharged cars. There is absolutely zero correlation between the two. After having too many issues with having to change out spark plugs “3 sets” I pulled the JB4 off sold it went back to stock except for the exhaust and HKS plugs that was over 20,000 miles ago nearly a year ago with zero issues until this. Again those issues have nothing to do with a turbo seal internally going out. Sorry for the frustration in my tone but what can I say it’s frustrating when people make accusations and point out things blatantly incorrect.

You're the one that said you ran a map 2 tune on stock plugs that weren't gapped or even torqued down properly. You also said you ran a map 5 tune with e85 once you put in the new plugs. And yet you didn't have the proper fueling to support it.

Go reread what you posted, it's there for everyone to see, including yourself. So yeah, you probably did damage to your car 20,000 miles ago, and things are gonna start failing well before they would have on a car that otherwise would've been fine for 100,000 more miles. Who else is blowing turbo seals on a "stock" car besides you? That alone should tell you something...

Your tone should be humble and apologetic, not defensive and deceptive. Try being honest for a change.
