All the drivers were stoked to see it, stayed snapping pics of it!

was really fun, they use the same stingers at every event and they really push them to the limit.

made me feel a lot better about reliability and going a little hard on mine once and a while.

I drove the A5 sportback, no comparison to the stinger

I am going on the 20th in Phoenix. How fast did they let you go?

you can go as fast as you want!

i thought I ripped around the course pretty hard....

then I sat in the passenger seat as one of the professionals drove, and holy shit I felt like I was driving like a granny

The event was certainly nice, I went through the course pretty quickly too so when the driver took over, it wasn't far from how I drove it on some sections. Got the rear end sliding on a couple of corners so if I was going for time I probably would have lost some.

I was there with my sons at 1:30. They were grinning ear to ear when we left.

There's what I term a "sales presentation" by one of the drivers, then a walkaround in smaller groups with a driver, and then a lap in a competitor and a lap in a Stinger. Then you get to see what the car can really do from the passenger seat while a driver hells a Stinger through the course. the driver I was paired up with gave me some good, honest impressions on the handling when pushed, etc.

The A5's the same price and is completely outclassed by the Stinger GT. You can go as fast as you wish in the car, but be considerate of everyone else waiting to go if you knock down a lot of cones!

It's the first time I got to push an AWD (let alone on summer tires), and was suitably impressed. To get much faster, we'll need more rubber up front.

OH! And we saw a Stinger Saturday night at the Arlington Heights train station (the L) on our way to dinner.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
