New, right off the transport truck. In my view, there's lots of good stuff but it also lacks some pertinent data. The index could really use more items. Don

Truth be told, I did spend some time reading the manuals. BUT, I found the pdf versions more useful. I can search for various topics on the computer without flipping pages back and forth.

How to use that center display is in there someplace, along with details of how to toggle back and forth. Sadly, nowhere could I find how to turn off smart/adaptive cruise and revert to traditional standard mode. It's an EOL feature.

On my 2019, if you press and hold the distance to distance switch for two seconds, you can select which cruise mode to use

Makes one wonder why they would disable that feature on newer year models. It's only software. Not like it's saving them oodles of money to delete that feature.

Underneath your steering wheel, to the left a bit, is a panel that pops off and houses a fuse box. in the center of it, it has a literal ON/OFF switch. turn the car off, flick that bugger off for a few seconds, flick it back on. start the car and see if the page comes back. that solution has worked with just about every other case of stuff going missing like the ambient lighting and wireless charging options.
