Tiger Woods accident

Did they walk away? (I assume you know this, versus what the video shows, which isn't anything regarding their condition after the crash)

The accident was all over our news here in Australia, with the catching headline of " Wounded Tiger "
They reported that the engine came out and was resting near the car, was this true ?

In the early pictures it appeared so, but then later it appeared that the large dark mound sitting near the car was actually his golf bag and a travel bag and other items that must have been taken out of the rear hatch and piled up when they were getting the car ready to put on the flatbed. Once it was uprighted, it looks like the engine's there, but I could be wrong:
wreck.webp

The worst of it is that after the road was opened again, there were ghouls who went there to search the hillside for souvenirs. There's no parking on that road, but they did anyway, and at least one caused another (minor) accident. Sheesh.

Probably more details than you all want to know, but the logistics of all the twisting and turning that happened before the car ended up stopping in the place and position it did both puzzles and fascinates me.

The twisting and turning is simply a vehicle at a very high rate of speed doing things it wouldn't otherwise (under normal conditions/speed) be able to do. He must have been going *really* fast. Like possibly 100MPH. Maybe another accolade for the GV80 -- "so fast it can (almost) kill you"! I already hear the tasteless TV ad coming soon. :p

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I find it pretty sad though that whenever a celebrity, politician, athlete, entertainer, etc... gets injured or killed everyone cries and is so "hurt and saddened" by the terrible experience... and yet nobody gives a crap or sheds a tear of the countless MILLIONS of ordinary people who suffer daily...

Tiger Woods (or anyone famous) gets hurt = oh no poor him! how terrible!
Random Person gets hurt = ?

lmfao sorry
I have always thought the same as this!

This SUV actually saved his life, looking at the evidence of the accident site and how badly the car was damaged it should be a huge commercial for Genesis. My respects to Genesis engineers, my next family car for sure.

How do you think that the Kia Telluride would compare in that accident? The Stinger is top rated safety-wise; I'm betting the Telly is too.
