This is how I got my car back from the dealer

After an experience like that I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to that dealership for service
I won't be even though they are just down the street from our house. I will drive 20 miles to another dealer.

Those stains gotta be someone's head right? Can you just mosey on into their workshop, spot the grease monkey with the brylcreem and presto is likely your culprit.
LOL too funny

This is just another example of why many people will be reluctant to purchase the Stinger.

The dealership experience is typically abysmal. I have my own experiences from three prior KIA purchases that have had me driving for a couple of years now with a warranty-covered issue that I refuse to "take in" for repair.

I'm the type of person who will just keep pitching a fit until it's fix or they don't let me come back.

I would too, except that I worry what might happen to my vehicle next...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Almost looks like they used it for a coffee cup and donuts, what is that small pink coloured piece, i have and will always try to remember to record or better yet take a photo of the odometer reading when i leave my Stinger from now on, photographic proof of mileage when you left your car with a date stamp. As for the what looks like greasy fingermarks on the headliner, as mentioned, totally unacceptable, for any model customer car, let alone Kia's most expensive Grand tourer, let them know ASAP. Goodluck.
Now things like that really make me upset, it should cost someones job, in my opinion.
No idea what that pink thing is but I also have no idea what that greasy thing is and I am not touching it.

While this is certainly disconcerting and should not happen, it does.

It's not just Kia dealers, it's possible at any dealer.

Tuff Stuff is a great cleaner for that type of thing.

The dealer will fix it or I will pay the guy who I pay to detail my car to fix and submit the bill to the dealer. At the end of the day I know my retailer will fix it but it will cost me actually it will cost them one way or another.

But I appreciate the thought. But I didn’t make the mess why should I clean it up.

To each his or her own.

For me - I don't p-off people who handle my food or work on my car. Technicians have ways to get even with "challenging" customers.

Like when someone where I worked many years ago put some chicken under the backseat of a "challenging" customers car.

Guess how much that stench ruined that car months later. So much later there's no connecting it with that service visit.

Whatever floats your boat :D

Hopefully they restore everything back to pristine condition and possibly some free oil change vouchers to keep your business.
